Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 1–3 years of professional accounting/finance experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and business applications.
• Detail-oriented with ability to keep information confidential.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety rules, policies and procedures at all times.
• Match vendor invoices to purchase orders.
• Verify material received before processing payment.
• Code invoices or ensure correct coding when matching invoices.
• Enter invoices into system and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare weekly check run and process checks for signing.
• Assist with month-end close processes and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Cross-trained in Accounts Receivable for backup coverage.
