Key responsibilities include GL accounting, monthly close, and SEC/ SBA reporting, with the chance to leverage AI tools like Claude/Copilot to enhance processes.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting preferred; Master’s in Accounting or MBA is a plus.
• Strong work ethic and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills and attention to accuracy.
• Proven critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent Excel skills and numeric comfort.

Responsabilidades

• GL accounting, reconciliation, preparation, and analysis related to operating activities.
• Assist with preparation of management reporting and presentations.
• Prepare balance sheet analytics.
• Assist with monthly and quarterly accounting close processes.
• Assist with Management, SEC and SBA reporting.
• Assist with internal and external audit requests.
• Special projects and ad hoc reporting as directed by supervisors.
• Utilize Claude/Copilot AI to enhance accounting processes and technology.
