Responsibilities

• Prepare consolidated financial statements.

• Prepare general ledger entries and reconcile accounts.
• Manage payments and request disbursements.
• Develop and implement accounting procedures.
• Respond to accounting inquiries.
• Support mergers and acquisitions.
• Ensure confidentiality of financial information.
• Assist with audit requests.
