CV Technology in Jupiter, FL is seeking a Staff Accountant to join our Accounting team. This in-office role supports AP, AR, and GL, participates in month-end close, and helps improve processes across the full accounting cycle.

Candidates should be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to own tasks in a fast-paced environment. A bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and 2+ years of experience are preferred, with strong Excel and ERP skills.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• At least 2 years in accounts payable or general accounting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.

Aufgaben

• Process and review invoices for accuracy and proper GL coding.
• Ensure timely vendor payments and expense reimbursements.
• Reconcile AP transactions and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with month-end closing.
• Monitor aging reports and resolve outstanding balances.
• Perform credit card expense reconciliations.
• Prepare and issue service invoices per terms.
• Manage daily cash receipts.
• Monitor AR aging and follow up on invoices.
• Perform routine bank reconciliations.
