Job summary

Qualifications

• BA degree in accounting with 2–3 years of accounting experience, or 8–10 years in accounting
• Experience with GAAP/FASB and grant accounting is preferred
• Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Perform reconciliation and analysis of balance sheet accounts including cash, prepaid, and fixed assets
• Maintain competency in Sage Intacct, Paycom, Ramp, and QuickBooks
• Support credit card platform administration and internal controls
• Prepare labor distribution reports and grant/budget allocations for audits
• Ensure timely financial reporting and audit readiness
