Job summary

Integer Technologies, a DoD-focused research and development company in the Baton Rouge area, seeks a Staff Accountant to support the Controller in day-to-day operations with primary AP ownership and a pivotal role in government contract billing.

You will administer Unanet for timekeeping and project setup, lead Ramp administration, and assist in transitioning to Bill.com while ensuring accurate project coding and compliance. This role offers growth as the department expands.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizen with ability to obtain/maintain DoD Secret clearance.
• 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience with accounts payable ownership.
• Experience with accrual-basis accounting and general ledger; strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Own accounts payable end-to-end: vendor setup, invoices, coding; vendor inquiries.
• Administer Ramp: card issuance, limits, coding, reconciliation.
• Support Bill.com data migration, configuration, and end-user support.
• Prepare and submit invoices via WAWF/iRAPT; resolve rejections with government.
• Maintain audit-ready billing files and support AR collection.
