Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of general accounting experience required, preferably near monthly close.
• Experience with sales and use tax accounting and multi‑jurisdiction compliance preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• ERP systems experience, including NetSuite, is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly detailed reconciliations and account analysis, including sales/use tax reconciliations.
• Manage sales and use tax accounting across multiple entities and jurisdictions.
• Maintain tax rates, tax codes, and system settings for accurate processing.
• Support license compliance and secretary of state filings; maintain close schedules.
• Analyze activity, prepare journal entries, accruals, and supporting docs.
• Prepare monthly income statements, expense reports, and financial schedules.
• Assist with SOX and GAAP internal controls and audit schedules.
• Collaborate with departments to understand drivers of results and drive improvements.
