Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• CPA or CPA-track preferred.
• 1 - 3+ years of accounting experience.
• Strong General Ledger and Sub General reconciliation experience.
• Experience with inventory accounting and inventory reconciliations.
• Multi-entity or multi-location accounting environments.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• ERP system experience preferred (IFS experience a plus).
• Manufacturing, distribution, aerospace, marine, or inventory-heavy industries.

Responsibilities

• Support General Ledger reconciliations and month-end close.
• Handle AP/AR activities and improve processes.
• Manage inventory accounting operations and cycle counts.
