Job summary

The New Haven Companies, Inc. is seeking a Staff Accountant in Boynton Beach, FL to support day-to-day accounting tasks and month-end close processes.

You will work both independently and as part of a team to ensure accuracy and compliance across multiple states and the S Corp structure. Responsibilities include reconciliations, journal entries, AP/AR duties, tax compliance, and inventory management, with access to Spire, Excel, and Office tools.

Qualifications

• Experience handling S Corp filings across multiple states
• Strong general ledger and journal entry skills
• Familiarity with ASC accounting principles and GAAP
