Responsibilities

• AP/AR & Billing: Process weekly invoices, vendor payments, resident billings, cash receipts, and trust transfers; reconcile statements.
• General Ledger & Month-End: Post recurring journal entries, run GL and bank/credit card reconciliations.
• Payroll & Tax: Review payroll, balance benefit reports, prepare monthly GET filings.
• Operations & Admin: Oversee credit card expense reporting; support office managers with billing queries.
