Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in accounting/finance
• 3–5 years accounting/finance experience
• Strong Excel skills
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills
• Lawson / Infor knowledge

Responsibilities

• Prepares and enters various monthly journal entries in conjunction with the monthly closing.
• Maintains and updates monthly account reconciliations for assigned accounts.
• Process daily interfaces for patient revenue (EPIC) and philanthropy revenue (Advance).
• Downloads various monthly financial reports for analysis.
• Prepares ad hoc reports, as required.
• Responsible for working with departments with questions on financial reports, including pulling invoices, journal entries or other support.
• Monitor policies and procedures for assigned departments and identify and suggest improvements for accounting reporting and recording procedures.
• Consistently completes all assignments in a timely manner.
• Works closely with members of Accounting and Finance team.
• Continue ongoing education by participating in webinars, workshops and networking events.
