Pay Range: $94,827 - $154,315 per year

The Manager of Accounting provides strategic financial oversight and operational accounting leadership for the Rush System for Health (RUSH) multi‑channel pharmacy enterprise. This role ensures the integrity, accuracy, and compliance of financial activities across a diverse portfolio of pharmacy operations, including retail, specialty, home infusion, hospital infusion, physician‑clinic infusion, home delivery, investigational drug services, and emerging pharmacy ventures. Operating within a large, multi‑entity academic health system, the Manager of Accounting leads core accounting functions—general ledger management, financial statement preparation, audit coordination, and monthly close—while applying healthcare‑specific accounting standards (GAAP and statutory requirements). This role partners closely with pharmacy and finance leadership, exemplifying the RUSH mission, vision, and values and ensuring reliable, transparent financial outcomes across all pharmacy channels.
