Pay Range

$52,416 - $72,555 per year Rush salaries are determined by many factors including, but not limited to, education, job-related experience and skills, as well as internal equity and industry specific market data. The pay range for each role reflects Rush's anticipated wage or salary reasonably expected to be offered for the position. Offers may vary depending on the circumstances of each case.

Summary

Under direction of the Manager of General Accounting, this position prepares journal entries, reconciliations, account analysis reports and other projects as needed. Exemplifies the Rush mission, vision and values and acts in accordance with Rush policies and procedures. Other information:

Responsibilities

Prepares and enters various monthly journal entries in conjunction with the monthly closing.

• Maintains and updates monthly account reconciliations for assigned accounts.

• Downloads various monthly financial reports for analysis.
• Prepares ad hoc reports, as required.
• Responsible for working with departments with questions on financial reports, including pulling invoices, journal entries or other support.
• Monitor policies and procedures for assigned departments and identify and suggest improvements for accounting reporting and recording procedures.
• Consistently completes all assignments in a timely manner.
• Works closely with members of Accounting and Finance team.
• Continue ongoing education by participating in webinars, workshops and networking events.

• Preform monthly closing procedures, including journal entries, account reconciliations', supporting schedules and statistical analysis to ensure the accuracy of financial statements in accordance with GAAP and ROPH accounting policies and close schedules.
