Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with accounting software and spreadsheet/word processing programs; Dynamics helpful.
• 3-6+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong working knowledge of GAAP.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups).
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries for routine and adjusting transactions.
• Perform monthly account reconciliations (bank, balance sheet, income statement).
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
• Maintain accurate general ledger records.
• Prepare supporting schedules for financial statements.
• Assist with accounts payable/receivable as needed.
• Support audits and compliance activities.
• Assist with tax filings support (sales, property, income).
• Identify process improvements and assist with implementation.
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.
