Job summary

American Fruits and Flavors, LLC is seeking a Staff Accountant to perform timely and accurate accounting tasks in accordance with GAAP. The role focuses on month-end journal entries, intercompany charges, inventory adjustments, and reconciliations for the corporate office and AFFI.

The candidate will process invoices, manage AR invoicing, and support the accounting department’s audit readiness. A Bachelor's degree in accounting is highly desirable, with SAP experience and strong Excel skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting is highly desirable.
• Experience with large accounting software (SAP preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality of work.
• Strong interpersonal skills (verbal and writing).

Responsibilities

• Prepare month-end journal entries including intercompany postings and adjustments.
• Maintain general ledger accounts and reconcile balance sheet accounts monthly.
• Process invoices and print customer AR invoices; handle intercompany charges.
• Assist with audit documentation and department workload to ensure smooth operations.
