Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries, reconcile bank accounts, and maintain accurate general ledger records.
• Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities, including financial reporting and account analysis.
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes as needed.
• Maintain fixed asset records, depreciation schedules, and supporting documentation.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and audit support.
• Help ensure compliance with GAAP policies while identifying opportunities to improve accounting processes and internal controls.
