Job summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant for a direct hire opportunity in Las Vegas, NV within the financial services industry. This role is ideal for an accounting professional with strong GAAP knowledge, hands-on general ledger experience, and the ability to support accurate financial reporting in a deadline-driven environment. The Staff Accountant will report to the Controller and play an important role in maintaining financial records, supporting month-end and year-end close, preparing reports, and helping strengthen accounting processes and internal controls. This is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys working with leadership, collaborating across accounting functions, and contributing to a stable, professional finance team.

Key Responsibilities
