The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience, and strong Excel/ERP (D365) skills, with a detail-oriented, analytical mindset for accurate financial information

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems and strong Excel skills; D365 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute month-end close, financial reporting, variance analysis, and cash reconciliation.
• Prepare and post journal entries including accruals and prepaids with documentation.
• Maintain balance sheet account reconciliations and support project accounting.
• Assist with revenue recognition, inventory accounting, AP/AR, and audits.
• Support internal controls and GAAP compliance; contribute to process improvements.
