ESTROGENICA Health 360 in Dothan, AL is hiring a Staff Accountant to join our growing team. You will maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, assist in financial statements, and manage AP/AR with GAAP-compliant journal entries. This role supports audits and budgeting in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years accounting experience, strong Excel skills, and a collaborative mindset. Flexible work-from-home options supplement a core on-site schedule in Dothan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of accounting or related experience preferred.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong knowledge of financial statements, P/Ls and GAAP basics.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
• 2+ years in Intuit QuickBooks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and management reports.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and on time.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes.
• Prepare and post journal entries in accordance with GAAP.
• Assist with budget preparation, variance analysis, and forecasting.
• Coordinate with external auditors and support audit preparation activities.
