Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounting experience.
• Experience with month-end close activities.
• Strong understanding of GAAP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform full-cycle bookkeeping and day-to-day accounting activities.
• Process and code vendor invoices and ensure timely posting.
• Monitor and record banking transactions; prepare journal entries.
• Manage corporate credit card programs and employee expense reimbursements.
• Assist with monthly bank reconciliations and close processes.
• Maintain accurate financial records in accordance with GAAP.
