• Experience supporting month-end close activities.

Responsibilities

• Perform full-cycle bookkeeping and day-to-day accounting activities.
• Process and code vendor invoices and ensure timely posting.
• Monitor and record banking transactions.
• Prepare and post journal entries.
• Manage corporate credit card programs and employee expense reimbursements.
• Assist with monthly bank reconciliations.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
• Maintain accurate financial records in accordance with GAAP standards.
