Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/related field and two (2) years accounting/related field work experience.
• Fluent with spreadsheets, word processing and computerized accounting systems.
• Must be a team player, a self-starter, able to manage several projects with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Review accounts payable and receipting entries.
• Process, code and record complex invoices and reimbursement requests.
• File monthly sales tax returns for units as required.
• Prepare and input journal entries following established accounting procedures.
• Perform bank reconciliations for non-assigned locations.
• Review ledgers for related funds and accounts.
