Job summary

Trend Capital Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Staff Accountant to join the Accounting and Finance team. You will handle payments, verify invoices and perform account reconciliations, ensuring timely and accurate financial records.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, 2+ years of accounting experience, and strong Excel skills. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
2+ years of experience in accounting or related field.
High attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal skills.
High proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong mathematical skills.
Experience in accounts payable (or accounts receivable).
Experience with accounting software and online platforms.

Responsibilities

Review invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment.
Perform invoice and general-ledger data entry.
Managing accounts payable using accounting software and internal programs.
Ensuring bills are paid in a timely and accurate manner while adhering to departmental procedures.
Handling accounts payable for separate entities and vendors.
Analyzing workflow processes to improve internal processes.
Maintaining professional email relationships with new and existing vendors.
Review A/R Aging and A/P Aging reports to ensure timely collections and payments, respectively.
Collect and organize vendor data such as contracts, W-9 forms, etc..
Ad hoc reporting, as requested by management.
