Responsibilities include managing fixed assets, A/R, journal entries, month-end close, tax filings, and year-end audit support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and collaborative, with strong Excel and ERP experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience
• CPA candidate preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee fixed asset subledger and depreciation.
• Manage accounts receivable and cash application.
• Prepare standard and adjusting journal entries.
• Perform reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare monthly sales and use tax filings.
• Process PCard and T&E card requests.
• Assist with year-end audit schedules.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
