Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field with GAAP knowledge.
• Strong Excel skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP) and Word.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Record general ledger entries and perform bank recs as part of month-end close.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable cycles with timely invoicing and payments.
• Reconcile subledgers to the general ledger monthly and assist with audits.
• Maintain fixed asset and prepaid expense schedules and depreciation where applicable.
• Support process improvements and ad hoc accounting projects.
