Job summary

Farther is a rapidly growing RIA and fintech-enabled wealth management firm seeking an Accounting Associate to manage accounts payable and participate in month-end close using Ramp. You will process vendor invoices and employee reimbursements while driving process improvements to scale financial operations with accuracy and compliance.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in accounting/finance, 4+ years in payables and close, advanced Excel, and strong analytical and stakeholder-management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 4+ years in payables and month-end close.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with Ramp or similar AP platforms.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage procure-to-pay in Ramp and document vendor agreements.
• Support employee reimbursements and expense management.
• Develop payroll analytics and reporting for key stakeholders.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Prepare bank, credit card, and account reconciliations.
• Maintain organized records and provide audit support.
