Responsibilities

  • Generate and post accounting entries, reconcile bank and general ledger accounts.
  • Prepare management reports and submit financial information in the internal reporting system.
  • Monitor Federal Reserve Bank account activities including cash letters, wire transfers, ACH, and related deposits; research discrepancies.
  • Review deposit totals against general ledger and notify branches of unposted or unusual entries.
  • Oversee accounts payable, sign checks for purchases, and review maintenance contracts.
  • Maintain records for fixed assets, prepaid and accrued expenses, and depreciation.
