Bank of China Limited, New York Branch is seeking a Business Management–Financial Institutions support role in New York. The position assists with expense budgeting, financial tracking, project coordination, and departmental administration to ensure smooth business planning and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field; master’s preferred.
• Strong Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and data skills.
• Knowledge of financial markets and international business.
• Bilingual in Mandarin and English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development and management of FID’s annual expense budget.
• Oversee Training and Travel Budget Tracker and procurement reviews.
• Maintain document retention, annual property reconciliation, IT asset controls.
• Support OA system applications and admin processes.
• Coordinate office resources, meetings, and reporting to leadership.
• Track attendance and administer onboarding/offboarding and learning programs.
• Support performance evaluation data collection and departmental metrics.
