Job summary

Global Lending Services LLC is seeking a Staff Accountant in Greenville, SC to support month-end close, reconciliations, and intercompany activities. The role emphasizes accuracy, process improvement, and collaboration with finance teams.

The candidate will reconcile expenses, review bank statements, and prepare journal entries, with exposure to Power BI, SQL, and NetSuite as preferred skills. This position follows standard business hours in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong mathematical, computational and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and reconcile expenses, cash postings, and invoices for proper accounting treatment and payment, including customer refund and related customer billing processes.
• Review prepared monthly bank reconciliations and assist in resolving variances.
• Complete the monthly closing process including reconciliations and journal entries for Fiserv, payroll, receivables held for sale and others as required by management.
• Evaluate processes for opportunities to improve efficiency, make recommendations for change, and support implementation of improved processes.
• Work closely with other finance teams to resolve variances.
• Accurately maintain electronic records and files.
