Qualifications

• Must have a 4-year college degree or higher, preferably in accounting.
• Detail oriented and organized with strong accuracy.
• Experience with Excel and Google Suite; QuickBooks Online a plus.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile monthly billables with clients and create invoices.
• Manage monthly and quarterly P&Ls and develop streamlined fiscal processes.
• Evaluate risks and set credit limits for new clients with the finance team.
• Manage accounts receivable and follow up with clients as needed.
• Enter receivables into QuickBooks accurately and timely.
• Create analytical reports for management and sales teams to monitor profitability.
• Perform other projects and responsibilities as assigned.
