3 Bridge Networks LLC is seeking a Staff Accountant to support the accounting function as the company scales. You will work with the Accounting Manager and finance team on month-end close, GL accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2+ years of accounting experience; public accounting or growth company a plus.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and month-end close experience.
• Proficient in Excel and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.
• Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and prepaids.
• Perform reconciliations for bank, balance sheet, and other accounts.
• Maintain general ledger records and schedules.
• Assist with AP/AR, billing, and expense reporting.
• Support monthly financial reporting and variance analyses.
• Contribute to audits and provide information to auditors.
• Identify process improvements and document controls.
• Participate in ad hoc accounting projects as the company grows.

We are partnering with a rapidly growing service-based company to identify a Staff Accountant who will play an important role in supporting the accounting function as the business continues to scale.

This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented, motivated accounting professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, taking ownership of their work, and contributing to process improvements. The Staff Accountant will work closely with the Accounting Manager and broader finance team across month-end close, general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close process.
• Prepare and post journal entries, including accruals, prepaids, payroll-related entries, and other recurring activity.
• Complete bank, balance sheet, and other account reconciliations, researching and resolving discrepancies as needed.
• Maintain accurate general ledger records and supporting schedules.
• Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, and expense-reporting activities as needed.
• Support the preparation of monthly financial reporting and variance analyses.
• Assist with fixed assets, prepaid expenses, intercompany activity, and cash management.
• Support the annual audit and assist with requests from external auditors and tax providers.
• Help identify opportunities to improve processes, strengthen documentation, and reduce manual work.
• Participate in ad hoc accounting projects as the company grows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2+ years of accounting experience; public accounting or experience in a growing company is a plus.
• Strong understanding of general ledger accounting, account reconciliations, and the month-end close process.
• Knowledge of U.S. GAAP preferred.
• Strong Excel skills and experience working with accounting systems or ERP platforms.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a collaborative and proactive approach.
