Job summary

Internationalinsuranceprofessionals is seeking a Staff Accountant to support the Corporate Accounting Department during monthly close, analyzing financial performance for TV stations, and preparing journal entries.

The role includes depreciation journal entries, CIP reviews in multiple markets, fixed asset records maintenance, and assistance with external auditors and ad hoc projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Minimum two years' corporate accounting or financial analysis experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with monthly accounting journal entries, incl. depreciation.
• Complete CIP reconciliations for 30–40 markets with review by Chief Engineers and RBMs.
• Maintain Station Fixed Asset records and depreciation entries in the Fixed Asset system.
• Perform annual fixed asset inventories.
• Review balance sheet reconciliations and general ledger accounts.
• Assist with external auditors' schedules and ad hoc projects.
