Tiffany & Co. in Whippany, NJ is seeking a Senior Accountant to join the Consolidations, Reporting & Corporate Accounting team.

This role offers ownership of complex corporate accounting activities and a clear path for professional growth. You will own technical entries across hedge accounting, pension, equity, and intercompany activities, while coaching the Staff Accountant and contributing to automation and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of public accounting experience or 4+ years of progressive private accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and/or US GAAP with demonstrated ability to apply technical accounting standards to complex areas.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven monthly close environment.
• Strong analytical and communication skills for presenting findings to management.
• Proficiency in Excel and comfort with multi-system ERP environments.

Responsibilities

• Own a technically diverse portfolio of corporate accounting work including hedge accounting, pension, equity, and minority interests.
• Prepare balance sheet rollforwards and analytical support for reporting to LVMH Group and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare financial statements and pension plan filings across multiple plans.
• Perform monthly account reconciliations for assigned areas.
• Review Staff Accountant work and provide timely feedback to support development.
• Support global consolidation and close processes across entities.
• Identify issues and propose resolutions to management.
• Champion automation and process improvements in the close process.
