You will handle A/R, A/P, audits, and forecasting while ensuring compliance with GAAP and company policies. A related bachelor’s degree is preferred and experience with QuickBooks Online and ADP Run is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of GAAP and financial standards.
• 1+ year of accounting and administration experience.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, ADP Run, and Google Suite; knowledge of tax filing and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Financial Operations: Maintain accurate financial records and manage expenses, billing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable using QuickBooks Online.
• Reconciliation & Incentives: Conduct financial audits and reconciliations, overseeing incentive processes to ensure precision.
• Payroll Management: Process comprehensive payroll, factoring in employee hours, bonuses, deductions, and reimbursements.
• Performance Reporting: Generate performance reports and financial forecasts, ensuring integrity in the tracking and reporting of Key Performance Metrics.
• Cultural Contribution: Promote and embody the company’s core values and mission, contributing to a high-standard team environment and policy compliance.
