The candidate should have 3+ years of experience in financial statement production, with real estate or property accounting familiarity, and strong spreadsheet and accounting software skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• CPA, CFA, or CMA designation preferred.
• 3+ years producing financial statements.
• Experience with real estate or property accounting.
• Strong spreadsheet and accounting software skills.
• Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare regular property financial statements.
• Fulfill financial reporting requirements.
• Monitor cost against budget and recommend adjustments.
• Support the property management team by offering your expertise.
• Maintain fixed asset schedules.
• Review invoices for proper coding.
• Manage banking and cash flow responsibilities.
• Perform journal entries and month-end reconciliations.
• Assist with special projects as requested.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP.

Our next StaffAccountant will:
