Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Three or more years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Experience with reconciliations, month-end close, and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Reconcile general ledger and bank accounts.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Help maintain internal accounting controls and financial compliance.
• Coordinate audit preparation and supporting documentation.
• Partner with department managers to provide financial insight.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and efficiency.
• Support accounting operations across multiple company locations.
