Job summary

Key Cooperative seeks a Staff Accountant to join our Roland, Iowa team. You will participate in daily corporate accounting activities and support intercompany transfers while maintaining accurate records and balances.

Qualifications

• 2–4 year accounting degree or related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Outstanding work ethic with ability to pay attention to details.
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude and provide courteous customer service.

Responsibilities

• Daily ACH & Wire processing.
• Intercompany bank transfers.
• Creation of daily bank deposit and related bank transfer.
• Balancing of internal accounts and supplier prepaid accounts.
• Balance sheet reconciliations.
• Running day and month end process.
• Perform year end close duties and assist with data for year-end audit.
• Balancing monthly vendor statements and large vendor processing.
• Balancing leases and maintenance of lease spreadsheet.
