The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field and 2+ years of accounting experience, with strong Excel skills and the ability to communicate clearly across the organization. This position offers comprehensive benefits and room for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years of relevant accounting or finance experience.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the monthly financial close process with journal entries and adjusting entries.
• Review trial balance and financial statements for proper recording and classification.
• Collaborate with branches to ensure internal controls and accurate financial reporting.
• Investigate and correct errors in financial entries.
• Assist in balance sheet reconciliations across branches and subsidiaries.
• Support annual audit processes and provide documentation.
• Prepare ad hoc analyses and complete assigned projects.
• Provide high levels of customer service to Branch Managers and Regional Directors.
