Beacon Hill is seeking a Staff Accountant to join a growing organization. This role is ideal for an accounting professional with a strong foundation in accounting principles and an interest in reporting, analysis, and process improvement.

The Staff Accountant will support month-end close activities, prepare reconciliations, and assist with financial reporting. You will review records, identify process improvements, and collaborate with internal teams on various finance initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
• 3+ years of accounting experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with reporting, data analysis, or business intelligence tools preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support month-end close activities, reconciliations, and journal entries.
• Assist with financial reporting and analysis.
• Review and maintain accurate financial records.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and workflows.
• Collaborate with internal teams on accounting and finance initiatives.
• Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
