Qualifications

• Experience with AP/AR across multiple entities.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting principles.
• Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems is preferred.
• Clear written and verbal communication across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Proficiency in multi-company operations.
• Experience in Accounts Payable & Receivable (AP/AR).
• Support AP processes including invoice review, coding, and vendor coordination.
• Assist with reconciliations, expense reporting, and transaction verification.
• Evaluate and post customer deposits and update journals.
