Job summary

Evolving Solution Services seeks a motivated Staff Accountant to join our growing accounting team in Weatherford, TX. This role reports to the Senior VP of Accounting and collaborates on monthly close, financial reporting, reconciliations, and process improvements across multiple locations.

You will prepare and review monthly P&L, balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries, and assist with intercompany reconciliation and audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2+ years of accounting or general ledger experience preferred.
• Experience with month-end close and reconciliations.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and general ledger accounting.
• Experience with bank, balance sheet, and P&L reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly P&L statements with leadership.
• Reconcile P&L and balance sheet accounts; research variances.
• Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations with documentation.
• Complete bank reconciliations for assigned accounts/entities.
