Job summary

LSMA Management Inc in Redlands, CA is seeking a Staff Accountant to perform day-to-day accounting activities, ensure the accuracy of financial records, and support the monthly close in accordance with GAAP and internal policies.

You will maintain the general ledger and assist with financial reporting while helping strengthen internal controls and collaborating with finance and operations to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Minimum of 1 year accounting experience in corporate, healthcare, or professional services environment.
• Healthcare or multi-entity experience and month-end close or account reconciliations are a plus.
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day accounting functions to ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Support the monthly close process and GAAP-compliant financial reporting.
• Maintain general ledger accounts and assist with audits and internal controls.
• Analyze account variances and resolve discrepancies; meet deadlines.
