You will support timely financial reporting and assist with month-end and year-end closings, coordinating with AP/AR to ensure proper cash application and audit readiness. A BA in Accounting or Finance and 0–3 years of GL experience are required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• 0–3 years of GL or corporate accounting experience; insurance or financial services a plus.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and standard accounting practices.
• Proficiency with Excel, including pivots and lookups; ERP/GL systems experience.

Aufgaben

• Maintain cashbook records and perform daily/monthly reconciliations.
• Reconcile bank statements and cashbook balances regularly.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies between cashbook and bank records.
• Monitor payments and deposits; ensure proper cash application with AP/AR.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities and audits.
• Assist with regulatory filing and internal controls over cash handling.
