AAFCPAs is seeking a Staff Accountant to join the Audit Team and grow with a dynamic, purpose-driven firm. You will work on audits for diverse clients, analyze financials, and learn compilations, reviews, and audits with hands-on training.

What We’re Looking For:

• A Bachelor’s in Accounting or Data Analytics (Master’s = bonus points).
• Strong communication skills (Writing and Speaking).
• Tech-savvy with tools such as Excel & Word.

The salary range for this position reflects a broad set of factors considered in compensation decisions, including—not limited to—skills, experience, training, certifications, and overall business needs. The stated range has not been adjusted for geographic differentials that may apply based on the position’s location. At AAFCPAs, it is uncommon for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range, as compensation decisions are based on each candidate’s specific background and circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this role is $77,500.00 - $79,500.00 per year.
