AAFCPAs in the Boston area is seeking a Staff Accountant on our Audit Team. You’ll work side-by-side with teammates on audits for a wide range of businesses, helping real clients and growing your confidence with each engagement.

You’ll learn compilations, reviews, and audits through hands-on training, build Excel and DAS skills, and deliver high-quality work on time. After a structured hybrid training period, you may transition to remote work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Accounting or Data Analytics (Master’s preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Excel and Word and able to learn new tools.
• Curious, motivated learner ready to roll up sleeves.

Responsibilities

• Work side-by-side with teammates on audits for a wide range of businesses.
• Dig into financials: spot trends, test data, and connect the dots.
• Learn compilations, reviews, and audits through hands-on training.
• Build your software skills through platforms such as Excel, DAS, Engagement.
• Deliver work on-time and in-line with industry standards.
