Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required or preferred.
• Strong accounting fundamentals and financial reporting knowledge.
• Excellent Excel skills and experience with ERP systems.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Prepare journal entries and maintain supporting documentation.
• Reconcile general ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Review credit card expenses and reconcile statements.
• Assist in financial statements and internal reporting packages.
• Maintain organized accounting files and documentation.
• Support process improvements and special projects.
• Serve as backup for A/R and AP responsibilities.
