Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years of accounting experience in manufacturing or consumer goods.
• Working knowledge of GAAP.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP software.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries for general ledger transactions.
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and year-end reconciliations.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
• Lead accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
• Prepare financial reports, schedules, and analysis for management.
• Support internal audits with documentation and explanations.
• Maintain compliance with GAAP and internal controls.
