As our VP of Finance & Accounting, you'll serve as the senior finance leader responsible for all accounting and financial operations at a rapidly scaling aerospace manufacturing company. That means owning the controllership, building the financial infrastructure, and driving the ERP system work that is critical to our path to certification and commercialization. This is a hands‑on, high‑ownership role. You'll report directly to the CEO, work closely with manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, and operations leadership, and build the financial foundation that supports Electra's growth from development‑stage startup to certified aircraft manufacturer. You'll oversee accounting, FP&A, treasury, financial reporting, audit coordination, manufacturing finance, DCAA compliance, and international accounting - and you'll help lead the ERP system selection, implementation, and operation that is one of the company's most important near‑term priorities.
This range reflects the anticipated hiring range across all eligible locations; actual compensation is determined based on your relevant experience, skills, and geographic location. Total compensation includes performance bonus and comprehensive benefits. Compensation Range: $240,000 USD - $270,000 USD
