Job summary

Ciocca Automotive Group is hiring an energetic accounting professional to join a growing, dynamic team. The role offers a path to impact customers and the community while advancing your financial and career goals.

This full-time position requires a degree in accounting or business (or equivalent experience) and a strong Math background, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and solid communication skills. A valid driver’s license is required.

• Self-starter who can work independently and with a team.

Responsibilities

• Reconciles general ledgers monthly, including intercompany due to/from balances and amortization schedules.
• Verify daily bank transactions and record to the general ledger.
• Coordinate with outside CPA firm for tax preparation and engagements.
• Assist with business and health insurance administration.
• Provide financial analysis with emphasis on capital investments.
• Prepare presentation materials for executives or the Board of Directors as needed.
• Perform additional related duties as necessary.

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Verify daily bank transactions and record said transactions appropriately to the general ledger
• Coordinates with outside CPA firm and provides needed information for annual tax preparation and other engagements
• Assists with business and health insurance administration
• Provides financial analysis with an emphasis on capital investments
• Assist with presentation material for executives or the Board of Directors, as needed
• Perform additional related duties as necessary or assigned
