Job summary

Ciocca Automotive is seeking an energetic accounting professional to join our growing team. You will reconcile ledgers, analyze financial data, and support CPA engagement while contributing to the company's financial health.

The ideal candidate has at least a 4-year accounting or business degree (or 2-year with experience) and is proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong math and communication skills. This is a full-time role with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Four-year accounting or business degree preferred or two-year accounting or business degree with equivalent experience.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams).

Responsibilities

• Reconciles general ledgers monthly, including intercompany due to/from balances and amortization schedules.
• Verify daily bank transactions and record to the general ledger.
• Coordinates with outside CPA firm for tax preparation and engagements.
• Assists with business and health insurance administration.
• Provides financial analysis with emphasis on capital investments.
• Assists with presentation material for executives or the Board of Directors.

• Verify daily bank transactions and record said transactions appropriately to the general ledger
• Coordinates with outside CPA firm and provides needed information for annual tax preparation and other engagements
• Assists with business and health insurance administration
• Provides financial analysis with an emphasis on capital investments
• Assist with presentation material for executives or the Board of Directors, as needed
• Perform additional related duties as necessary or assigned
